The High Commission for the Republic of Malta to Australia & New Zealand has the honour and pleasure to announce that His Excellency Mr Mario Farrugia Borg has presented his credentials to His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Retd), Governor General of the Commonwealth of Australia, on 17 February 2021. During the ceremony held at Governor General House in Canberra, H.E. Mr Farrugia Borg had the opportunity to discuss the strengthening of Malta-Australia bilateral relations as well as seeking to keep the interests of Maltese living in Australia at the core of the mandate of the High Commission in Canberra, and the Consulates General in Melbourne and Sydney.
