Ambassador-Designate presents copies d’usage to Director-General of Protocol Affairs

Ambassador-Designate Bernard Hamilton presented his copies d’usage to Mr Melaku Bedada Senbeta, Director-General of Protocol Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, on 29 September 2026.

The presentation marks the beginning of his official diplomatic engagement in Ethiopia.

The Embassy looks forward to working closely with Ethiopian partners to deepen bilateral cooperation and further strengthen relations between Malta and Ethiopia, including through political dialogue, trade and investment, culture, education and tourism, while fostering closer ties between our two peoples.
