Upon the invitation of Visit Malta H.E. Mr. Roberto Pace, Ambassador-Designate of Malta to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, today participated to AVIAREPS “Around the World” Roadshow Middle East, a non-destination specific B2B roadshow, featuring leading travel trade, OTAs, media, and key industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia. Visit Malta participated as one of the international European tourism boards in an event that brought together over 100 travel agents, corporates, luxury travel curators and other hospitality professionals.

In his opening remarks, Ambassador Pace thanked the Visit Malta representatives for their efforts to promote Malta as a travel destination and touched upon the linguistic and cultural similarities that Malta and Saudi Arabia share between them. He then presented a complementary trip to Malta sponsored by the Malta Tourism Authority to the winner of a quiz about the Maltese islands.
