On 8 April, the Consul General, Mr Ivan Vassallo, accompanied Dr Tatjana Chircop (Deputy Principal for Research and Student Academic Management) and Mr Conrad Vassallo (Director of the Institute of Information and Communication Technology), from the Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) in Ben Guerir, near Marrakesh.

The Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, supported by the OCP Group as its founding partner and strategic supporter, plays a key role in the company’s use of key areas such as mining, agriculture and sustainability. The university is an international perspective, with campuses and partnerships both in Morocco and abroad.

During the meeting, the representatives of the constructive projects explored work for future collaboration, particularly in the field of research and use, as well as in academic cooperation and an exchange program. These exchanges highlighted the shared commitment to fostering knowledge transfer and strengthening strategic ties between Malta and Morocco.
