Missions Service Fees

In accordance with Subsidiary Legislation 35.01 ‘Fees Leviable by Government Department Regulations’ the applicable fees are:

Service Fees

Administering an oath or receiving a declaration or affirmation with or without attestation of signature

Affixing a signature to an exhibit referred to in an affidavit or declaration

Authentication of certificates or documents by Maltese embassies and consulates

Affixing a consular signature, and seal if required, to a declaration of existence

Drawing a declaration of existence

Legalising or attesting a signature

Uniting documents and attaching the consular seal to the fastening

Affixing a seal to a document when no signature is required
